Hey, S&T community! Remember Knack, the peer tutoring platform launched in the Fall of 2023? Well, if you haven’t checked it out yet, here’s why you might want to take a closer look. Knack’s platform connects students seeking tutoring with verified S&T peer tutors while giving high-achieving students the chance to become tutors themselves.

The Knack community has been steadily growing, with over 1,600 S&T students accessing peer tutors and 130 students stepping up to support their peers. And now, we’re thrilled to announce that Knack has been seamlessly integrated into Canvas!

What does this mean for you? Faculty members can now easily toggle on Knack within their Canvas courses. This allows students to connect with peer tutors who have excelled in the very courses they’re taking. Starting this Fall, Knack will be automatically enabled in all S&T Canvas courses.
