Get pie at pre-Pi Day celebration Friday

The mathematics and statistics department will host a pre-Pi Day celebration 10 a.m.-noon Friday, March 8, in the Meramec-Gasconade Room of the Havener Center. At 10 a.m., Dr. Xiaoming Wang, professor and the Gary Havener Endowed Department Chair of Mathematics and Statistics, will give an “Introduction to Pi” followed by graduate student poster presentations starting at 11 a.m.
The event will also feature a Pi prize drawing and Pi-related trivia and activities. Join anytime for pie and coffee.
