The campus community is invited to a luncheon celebrating International Women’s Day at noon-2 p.m. on Friday, March 8, in the St. Pat’s Ballroom in the Havener Center. The event will celebrate all Missouri S&T women – students, faculty and staff – and highlight their achievements during the past year. There will be a panel discussion focusing on stories of professional journeys and the discussion will be moderated by Dr. Nicole Roberson, vice chancellor of diversity, equity and inclusion and chief diversity officer. The panelists are: 

• Vinisha Clark, ME’91 MS, EMgt’93, a retired senior executive for AT&T. 
• Dr. Agnes Vojta, teaching professor of physics.
• Alysha O’Neil, vice chancellor of finance and operations.  
• Sammi Young, Student Council president and a senior in civil engineering. 

This luncheon is hosted by: 

• College of Engineering and Computing 
• College of Arts, Sciences, and Education 
• Kummer College of Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Economic Development 
• Diversity, equity, and inclusion and strategic diversity initiatives 
• Student Council  

The event is open to everyone on campus.
