CASE's Door Decoration

The dean’s office for the College of Arts, Sciences, and Education earned first place in the annual St. Pat’s door decorating contest for its design in the multiple-occupant door category.

The dean’s office for the College of Arts, Sciences, and Education earned first place in the annual St. Pat’s door decorating contest for its design in the multiple-occupant door category. Megan Fowler, business operations associate, Cassie Liscombe, senior business support specialist, and Jackie Sansone, fiscal manager, conceptualized the design and created the artwork.

The winning design featured a “Leprekraken” with tentacles constructed of shamrocks. Chancellor Mohammad Dehghani, Provost Colin Potts and Dean Mehrzad Boroujerdi escaped the sea monster to depict the 116th Annual Best-Ever theme of “Shipwrecks and Shamrocks.”

Other winners include:

  • Second place: Office of sponsored programs, accounting and institutional research.
  • Third place: University Police and parking operations
  • Fourth place: Child Development Center.

The annual contest is sponsored by the Lambda Sigma Pi women’s service organization of Missouri S&T. This year all entries were in the multiple-occupant door category.
