On Tuesday, March 26, 2024, the Bangladeshi Student Association (BSA) hosted a lively celebration in honor of Independence Day. Starting with the uplifting notes of the national anthem, the event progressed into a thought-provoking discussion on psychological independence versus enchainment, accompanied by significant readings from wartime letters, captivating literature excerpts, poetry, enlightening documentaries, and an engaging quiz. The festivities continued with an exciting award ceremony for the quiz, a spirited FIFA tournament, and an exhilarating raffle draw. The event concluded with a heartwarming flagging-in ceremony at the grand court of Butler-Carlton Hall, bringing everyone together in the spirit of unity and pride.
