Attend staff open forum on strategic plan

Staff are invited to participate in an open forum to help shape S&T’s strategic plan. Your contributions are crucial because the plan will be a “living document,” updated with the collective input and expertise of the campus community. Please attend if you want to steer the direction of S&T’s strategic initiatives.
The open forum will be held 9-10 a.m. Friday, March 8, online via Zoom. It will cover the following strategic focus areas:
- Enrollment growth and admissions
- Student well-being and success
- Academic programs
- Research, innovation and entrepreneurship
- Outreach and engagement
- Advancement and alumni relations
- Employee and employee excellence
- Finance and infrastructure
Join Jill Tanner, chief of staff, and Wayne Jones, associate vice chancellor of institutional effectiveness, to share your insights and feedback.
