Sylvia Skouby named volunteer of the year

Tasia Gordon, president of the St. James Chamber of Commerce, presents Sylvia Skouby the Volunteer of the Year award.

Sylvia Skouby, associate director for online admissions, was named the 2023 Volunteer of the Year at the St. James Chamber of Commerce annual awards dinner Saturday, Feb. 3, at Spencer Manor Winery in St. James, Missouri.
