Passing of Dr. Terry Lenhoff

Dr. Terry Lenhoff, professor emeritus of mechanical engineering, passed away Sunday, Feb. 4, at the age of 84. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 9, at the Greentree Christian Church Worship Center, located at 800 Greentree Road in Rolla.
Lenhoff graduated from the Missouri School of Mines with a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering in 1961 and 1962, respectively. He earned his Ph.D. in mechanical engineering at the University of Illinois in 1967. Terry joined Missouri S&T as a faculty member in 1968 and was named professor emeritus in 2000.
