CASE Dean's Medal

Ted Kelly, former chair of the CASE Dean’s Leadership Council and a 1977 economics alumnus, presents Dr. Irina Ivliyeva, Curators’ Distinguished Teaching Professor of Russian, with the Dean’s Medal in 2022.

The Dean’s Leadership Council of the College of Arts, Sciences, and Education (CASE) wants to recognize faculty who have made outstanding contributions to the academic, professional or personal growth of their undergraduate students with its “Dean’s Medal.”

The Dean’s Medal is awarded annually to one CASE faculty member, along with a financial award of at least $2,020, and is presented at the Dean’s Leadership Council’s fall meeting.

Do you know a CASE faculty member who has gone the distance to support undergraduate student success? Nominate them by Thursday, Feb. 29.

S&T faculty, administrators, staff, students or alumni from across the university may nominate candidates. Nominations from department chairs are encouraged. Self-nominations will not be accepted.
