Athletic Operations Coordinator, Miner Athletics

What does an operations coordinator do? I handle all the logistics for all of our games and events (workers, concessions, etc.) as well as some accounting for the department (travel expenses, vouchers, purchase orders, etc.).

What do you enjoy most about your work? I love the job atmosphere and working with a wonderful team (Coaches and Administration). I miss helping students, but I’m now just helping them in a different capacity.

What is one thing on your bucket list? I would love to visit Italy!

What do you do for fun? Just spending time with my family and watching sports!

What is something that others may not know about you? I was on the Jerry Springer Show (in the audience of course).

What is your favorite place on campus? My favorite place on campus is The Puck. Nice relaxing area. Very festive in March.

What would you describe as the most important personal attributes or strengths that you bring to your job? I believe my biggest strength I have is my commitment and dedication to making Miner Athletics successful.

What is the best advice you have ever received? Don’t be afraid to speak up with your ideas or suggestions.
