Smith gives lecture on new world energy

Dr. Joseph Smith, professor of chemical and biochemical engineering, presented an invited lecture to the chemical engineering department in Shram Sadhana Bombay Trust’s College of Engineering and Technology located in Bambhori, Jalgaon India. His talk was on “New World Energy” developed for his Energy Engineering and Economics class that he teaches each year and the subject of his new book to be published by Wiley.
Smith also delivered a keynote speech on the same topic with a focus on process safety at the International Process Safety Week, commemorating the 40th anniversary of the Bhopal disaster, in December.
