You’re invited to a talk by a candidate for the Weiner Distinguished Professor in Humanities at 5 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 29, in Room 140 Toomey Hall. Dr. Margret Grebowicz, associate professor of humanities at the University of Silesia and most recently a visiting assistant professor of political theology at Hampshire College, will present “What is Enrichment? Dogs, Humans, and Meaning”
Her talk will focus on dog ownership as a window into struggles with the present and hopes for the future. Grebowicz’s research interests are philosophy, environmental ethics and animal studies.
