S&T team named finalist in NASA challenge

Missouri S&T’s Lunar Biotech Team has achieved finalist status in the Lunar Life Odyssey challenge. The competing teams submitted ideas to assist NASA with sustaining a life to, from, and around the moon.
Finalists are currently under review through video conferences, the last phase of the challenge. The winners will be announced Friday, Nov. 17. Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams.
The S&T team includes:
- Alireza Fallahi, a doctoral student in mechanical engineering.
- Jesse Fletcher, a junior in chemical engineering.
- Joshua Hickman, a senior in mechanical engineering.
- Hannah Keely, a senior in mechanical engineering.
- Peter Obidi, a doctoral student in mechanical engineering.
