The University of Missouri System Division of Information Technology, along with S&T, has officially kicked off a project to replace Cherwell, the IT ticketing system, with TeamDynamix. We are working together not only to use better tools, but also to establish new and improved practices to deliver better value to campuses. You are invited to share your thoughts in a survey to ensure IT is focusing on the right aspects as the project progresses.
This survey is available online and should take about 15-20 minutes to complete. Your input will be anonymous, and you can exit the survey at any time.
When completing the survey, answer based on how the Division of IT engages in the activities. If you’re not sure, we encourage you to answer based on your understanding.
