Ph.D. student earns Grimm Fellowship

Dr. Leon Hall, former chair of mathmatics and statistics, presents Guy Easton Brawley with the Grimm Fellowship award.
Guy Easton Brawley, a Ph.D. student in mathematics from Martin, Tennessee, recently earned the inaugural Grimm Fellowship. The fellowship honors the late Dr. Louis Grimm, professor emeritus of mathematics and statistics. Dr. Leon Hall, alumnus and retired chair of the department, helped fund the award and presented it to Brawley.
