Homecoming is the perfect reason to enjoy fall festivities, reconnect with classmates, welcome back former students, and embrace the Miner spirit! In this packet, you can find information about various events around campus, including Movie kickoff, trivia, and the MinerFest football game. Also, you can find information about the application process for the MinerFest King and Queen. Any currently enrolled student on campus may participate in the MinerFest activities and events. • Candidates must meet the following requirements:
• Must be recognized as a full-time student by the registrar.
• Must have a 2.5 GPA or greater.
• Must represent a Greek house or other campus organization. Examples include Beta Sigma Psi, The BBQ Club, Chi Omega, Swing Dance Club, Asian American Association, etc.
• Have not previously been a winner in the MinerFest King or Queen competition beforehand. 
• Have their application submitted on time.
