The S&T jazz ensemble and jazz choir will perform their fall concert on Friday, Nov. 3, in Leach Theatre. The student-led jazz combo will perform pre-concert music starting at 6:30 p.m. and the main concert will begin at 7 p.m.

The jazz choir, directed by Lorie Francis, will perform new arrangements of jazz standards such as ‘Blue Skies,’ ‘Autumn Leaves,’ and a vocal arrangement of ‘Minecraft.’ The jazz ensemble, directed by Dr. Kyle Wernke, will perform classics like Earth, Wind, and Fire’s ‘September’ and Herbie Hancock’s ‘Chameleon’ alongside less well-known charts like ‘The Chicken’ by Alfred James Ellis.

Tickets are $5 for the public and free to youth ages 18 and under and Missouri S&T students with a valid ID. Tickets can be purchased from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday from the Leach Theatre Box Office. Tickets can also be purchased online at leachtheatre.mst.edu or by calling 573-341-4219.
