Researchers should learn to discern and tackle misinformation in today’s information environment. This workshop on managing misinformation will provide techniques for evaluating sources, recognizing biases and upholding information accuracy. Participants will learn strategies to enhance the credibility of their research and contribute to their academic discipline.
The workshop is 6-7:15 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 11, in Room 103 Curtis Laws Wilson Library and via Zoom. In-person seating is limited. All registered participants will receive a Zoom link prior to the workshop.
