Have you earned tenure in the past few years? The S&T ADVANCE Program invites you to join Dr. Ndidiamaka Amutah-Onukagha, assistant dean for diversity, equity and inclusion at Tufts University School of Medicine, for an online discussion about how to chart your own path after achieving tenure. The webinar, titled “Post-tenure Pathfinders,” will take place from 2-4 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 12, on Zoom.
This webinar will help participants to identify common challenges faced after achieving tenure, discuss diverse pathways, consider the next steps in their careers, and contemplate future career possibilities.
All faculty members from the four University of Missouri System campuses are welcome to attend, but the webinar will be particularly beneficial for tenured associate professors.
To register, please visit the Zoom registration page.
This webinar, in partnership with the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity (NCFDD) and the ADVANCE Program at Missouri S&T, is being made available at no cost to participants.
