Make sure you come to the Fall Career Fair, set to be the university’s largest. To date, 481 employers are registered to attend and want to talk to S&T students and alumni.
For the first time, there will be a shuttle to the Career Fair in the Gale Bullman Building from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 26. The shuttle will drive through campus to pick up and drop off students at the Career Fair.
The shuttle will stop at Miner Village, Residential Commons, Thomas Jefferson Residence Hall, McNutt Hall, Emerson Hall, Parker Hall and Centennial Hall. See the map below.
The fair should be accessed using the Career Fair Plus mobile app. Students can filter employers by major and industry to plan their route through the fair with an interactive map that gives details about each company. There will not be a printed map; students should bring their mobile device to the fair.
Attendees must follow the professional dress code at the Career Fair. The career opportunities and employer relations office on the third floor of Norwood Hall provides resources, including the free Career Closet. The Career Closet helps students acquire professional dress so that the requirement doesn’t create a barrier to participation.
