In preparation for midterms, consider taking a break from the stress by implementing self-care tips, test anxiety solutions, and last-minute studying strategies. Join us for an evening of destressing from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 11, located at the Thomas Jefferson Hall, South Lounge.

Mentoring services are being offered for Calculus 1-3 and Physics 1-2. Students can indulge in some delectable donuts and sip on coffee or hot chocolate. Additionally, they will be provided with stress kits to enhance their confidence levels prior to midterms.
