The authors received the Corcoran Award at the American Society for Engineering Education’s Chemical Engineering Division awards banquet in Baltimore. The paper is titled “AIChE Virtual Communities of Practice – Supporting Faculty During the COVID-19 Pandemic.” The paper describes the creation, methods and affects of the five Virtual Communities of Practice (VCPs) that were formed during COVID-19 to allow faculty to share experiences and best practices.
