Student Well-Being offers a variety of resources for students, including Miners 4 Recovery. This is a support group for students who want to explore their behaviors, reflect on ideas for change, avoid negative consequences related to substance abuse, and experience the support of a safe group.
Additionally, being part of a safe and supportive group can provide a sense of community and encouragement to those who may be struggling. Overall, Miners 4 Recovery is an excellent tool for students who are looking to prioritize their mental and physical health. This is not an abstinence-only group and is led by a counselor.
