The Student Involvement Center is seeking an office worker for the Fall 2023 semester and beyond. Starting pay is $10.30/hour. Work hours vary, averaging 8 hours per week. Please see details on this position and how to apply below. The deadline to apply for this position is July 24.

The desk worker will be expected to complete tasks including, but not limited to:
General office tasks:
-Greeting anyone who enters the office
-Handle incoming calls and emails to the Greek Desk
-Manage the Greek Member Management Tool
-Support and troubleshoot MinerLink tools which contribute to fraternity and sorority community success
-Updating and maintaining the OFSL website
-Answer questions related to involvement on campus
-Other various office duties

FSL Team duties:
-Creating and planning events around various annual events (such as National Hazing Prevention Week)
-Curate programming for a Greek leadership event
-Hosting faculty advisor trainings and meetings
-Lead and select topics for monthly roundtable discussions with various chapter leadership
-Ability to implement and present curriculum as necessary
-Exhibit decision-making abilities which will elevate concerns as appropriate
-Other various engagement projects and events as assigned

Qualifications:
-S&T students with at least three semesters of on-campus experience
-Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
-Active member of a recognized Greek fraternity or sorority
