Changes to RAVE notifications

Last week, some members of the campus community received a message from RAVE, the campus mass notification system, noting a change to the weather notification protocols.
RAVE will continue to send automated messages when there is a tornado warning. The University Police will also monitor the campus weather radar and work with the National Weather Service to keep the campus informed of severe weather forecasts for the area.
Weather-related communications will continue to go out to campus via the RAVE mass notification system.
