A project management course is open for registration as part of the individual excellence track of S&T’s Leadership Development Program for staff and faculty.. Dr. Susan Murray, interim vice provost for online education, teaches the course and covers the basics of project management. Participants will be introduced to project planning, scheduling and budgeting. The unique challenges of managing a project team are included. The course concludes with monitoring cost, schedule, and performance during the life of a project.

The course lasts six weeks, from Tuesday, May 30, to Tuesday, July 11, and will require approximately eight hours of work.

Learners will receive one continuing education unit (CEU) for completing this course.

This course is offered at no cost for employees and there are no prerequisites for this course.
