Services for Rusten Smith announced

Chief Warrant Officer 2 Rusten Radford Smith passed away in a helicopter accident near Fort Campbell, Kentucky, on March 29. Smith attended Missouri S&T in fall 2011 and later joined the United States Army and served as a Blackhawk pilot in the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) with C. Company, Sixth Battalion, 101st Combat Aviation Brigade (Wings of Destiny). He was 32.
The visitation will be held 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, April 15, with the memorial service following at the St. James Middle School gymnasium, located at 1 Tiger Drive in St. James, Missouri.
