You are invited to attend the Welcome Center Groundbreaking at 8 a.m. Thursday, April 20, in the Havener Center atrium.

Guests will be greeted in the Havener Center atrium and escorted to the Welcome Center construction site. We kindly suggest you consider footwear appropriate for a short walk and a busy construction zone.

Coffee and light refreshments will be served following the ceremony.

A launchpad for S&T’s newly envisioned arrival experience, the Welcome Center will showcase life on campus, introducing future Miners and their families, to the cutting-edge, experiential educational opportunities that await them, and the community of faculty and staff committed to their success. This 32,000-square-foot facility will celebrate iconic alumni and their career achievements and serve as the new home for enrollment management and admissions.
