Submit student health records

Student health would like to remind all students if you have not submitted your required health records, please do so now. All students are required to complete a tuberculosis screening, provide proof of the measles, mumps and rubella vaccination or proof of immunity to measles, mumps, and rubella, and if living in campus housing provide proof of vaccination of Meningitis ACWY vaccine after the age of 16.
All students who have not completed this will receive an email with guidance on what is required. Students can also log on to the patient portal to see what they need to do.
