Notice of employee death

The Missouri S&T community is saddened to learn of the death of Emilie Overschmidt, research lab technician for chemistry, on March 16. She earned her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Missouri S&T in Dec. 2022.
Members of Missouri S&T’s student well-being counseling staff are available to assist students affected by Emilie’s passing. Students who wish to seek counseling services may contact the office by calling 573-341-4211 or by emailing wellbeing@mst.edu. Faculty or staff may seek services via the UM System’s Employee Assistance Program. Additional details are available at wellbeing.mst.edu.
