Focus on your mental well-being beginning Feb. 13

Yoga, mental health screenings, vision boards, crafts, a wellness fair and a day to hang out with dogs are a few of the events that are planned during Mental Well-being Awareness Week. The activities begin Monday, Feb. 13.

All events during the week are free for students, faculty and staff, though some events require registration.
