Building card access changes today

Effective Monday, Feb.6, the exterior doors to campus buildings will be locked beginning at 7 p.m. Current students and employees with a valid, will be able to unlock campus building exterior doors until 9 p.m. After that time, you must have specific access defined to a building to unlock doors with your ID card. Currently, campus buildings are unlocked until 9 p.m.
The University Police maintain an events log in the Police Operations Office and can facilitate assisting any departments with building access for special events or meetings attended by off-campus partners.
This new procedure does not include the Gale Bullman Building, the Havener Center or Curtis Laws Wilson Library. These buildings will remain on the current unlock schedule.
