Are you interested in helping student get involved on campus? Do want to have the chance to connect with incoming Miners? Are you passionate about RSO management? If yes, then apply to be a Peer Involvement Advisor.
The primary purpose of the PIA will be to provide resources for campus involvement and raise awareness of the importance of being involved. The PIA will serve as a bridge between new and uninvolved students and Student Involvement. This position will be under the direct advisement of the Program Administrator for Campus Engagement within the Office of Student Involvement.
The PIA will work 4 to 5 office hours per week in Peer Involvement Advisor Office in 218 Havener Center, with the understanding that there will be times where they will be required to work over these hours, or work less hours due to flexible nature of this position. This position may require some evenings and weekends.
