Send a note of gratitude to a staff member

Have you noticed a staff member going above and beyond? Do you want to tell a staff member they are doing a great job? Let them know by sending them a note through the new staff recognition program. Staff Council and the Staff Success Center created this program to help build a culture of appreciation by providing a mechanism for staff to be recognized and celebrated informally and day-to-day.
Faculty, staff and students can complete this form to send a note of gratitude to a deserving staff member. Notes are collected weekly and distributed by email to the staff recipient and their direct supervisor each Wednesday.
If requested, the note can be sent anonymously.
