Faculty to complete climate survey

Full-time, ranked faculty are invited to participate in a survey to share their experiences and perspectives related to departmental climate at Missouri S&T. The survey is part of a research project to evaluate and identify strategies to improve the representation of faculty who are women or members of underrepresented racial-ethnic groups at S&T. The results of this survey will inform future initiatives designed to make S&T a more welcoming and inclusive environment. The survey is sponsored by the S&T ADVANCE program and administered by an external evaluation team to protect confidentiality.
