The holidays are a time for giving. In the spirit of giving, stop by the Havener Center and select an angel or wish ornament from one of the trees. Follow the directions on the ornament and help make a child’s dream come true.

GRACE Wish Tree

Staff Council, partnering with the Greater Rolla Area Charitable Enterprise (GRACE), is hosting the wish tree. Stop by and pick up a rectangle tag, shop for the gift and drop off donations at 123 McNutt Hall by Friday, Dec. 9. You can also give the donation to any Staff Council member.

You can donate items that are always needed, including:

• Blankets (twin, full/queen)
• Bath towels and washcloths
• Children’s hoodies
• Family games and DVDs
• Teen and adult craft kits
• Small kitchen appliances
• Makeup kits
• Adult coloring supplies.

PCCAN Angel Tree

The Havener Center and event services, partnering with Phelps County Child Advocacy Network (PCCAN), are hosting an angel tree. Stop by and pick an angel, shop for the gift and drop off the unwrapped donation at the Havener Center information desk or event services by Monday, Dec. 12. Instructions are included on the angel ornaments.
