French speaker series continues Nov. 9

Awa Diagne Lô, a native of Senegal with international degrees and experience, will present a talk about successes and limits of oil, stadium, road, and port infrastructure projects in Senegal. The talk, titled “Infrastructures et développement: le cas du Sénégal, entre défis et désillusions,” will be presented in French at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, via Zoom (use passcode 313442).
The talk is free to attend and open to the public.
