Auditions for the Spring 2023 University Wind Symphony will take place Tuesday, November 15th starting at 4:30p.m. Any student with experience performing in a concert or marching band or on a wind or percussion instrument are encouraged to audition.
The University Wind Symphony is the premiere wind ensemble on campus and performs three concerts during the spring semester. This year we are excited to announce that our April 28th concert will include the premiere of a brand new composition by composer Kyle Grimm which has been commissioned by the Missouri S&T Bands along with Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma.
The spring University Wind Symphony is the only auditioned wind ensemble on campus and membership is contingent upon a successful audition.
