Are you looking for more tools to develop healthy coping or self-management skills to handle stress, anxiety or depression which are a normal part of our human experience? Student Involvement encourages you to participate in WRAP!
WRAP guides participants through self-reflection to identify stress or trigger points in our lives and strengthen the toolbox we frequently use to recover. The program has been found to lessen time to recovery, decrease the need or reliance on mental health services, and promote peer support through recovery.
This program is being presented October 6-8, 2022 (Meals will be provided). Upon completion, participants will have a few weeks to practice the plan they develop and will be invited to participate in a January workshop where they will be trained to lead their own groups.
