The Center for Advancing Faculty Excellence (CAFE) will host the semester’s fifth faculty forum noon-1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2, in Room 202 of the Curtis Laws Wilson Library and via Zoom. “Teaching Effectiveness using Feedback” will explain how to use mid-semester and end-of-course evaluations to improve your teaching practices, and will cover writing a teaching philosophy. CAFE’s instructional design team, Dr. Jeff Jennings, Malcolm Hays and Beth Reardon will lead the session.
Register online by 4 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1. Lunch and beverages will be provided.
CAFE faculty forums are held bi-weekly throughout the fall semester noon-1 p.m. Wednesdays in Room 202 of the library. All faculty are welcome to attend.
