The International Students Club and student well-being is coordinating a “Walk for Iran” event 3-4 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2, for individuals to show their support for the students and people of Iran. Participants will walk a short route through campus.
Students, faculty, staff and the public are invited to join the walk, which will begin near the Havener Center’s east lawn and proceed east to Curtis Laws Wilson Library. Past the library, participants will turn right and proceed south to the Jack Carney Puck and Plaza, then turn around to return to the Havener Center.
You can also learn about what is happening in Iran at a table in the Havener Center atrium noon-3 p.m. For individuals wishing to donate in support of the Iranian people, QR codes will be provided.
