Celebrate Kummer Day Oct. 10

You’re invited to celebrate the two-year anniversary of June and Fred Kummer’s transformational $300 million gift to Missouri S&T. Events take place 8:30 a.m.-noon Monday, Oct. 10, in the Carver-Turner Room of the Havener Center.
Following a welcome from Melanie Brewer, daughter of June and Fred Kummer, and Chancellor Mo Dehghani, undergraduate Kummer Vanguard Scholars, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (I&E) Doctoral Fellows, and Kummer Institute partners will deliver presentations in conjunction with a visual display illustrating the Kummer Institute’s spirit of creativity and innovation. The presentations will take place in the Meramec-Gasconade, Carver-Turner and Missouri rooms of the Havener Center. The posters will be displayed in the atrium.
