Dr. Javier Valentín-Sívico, assistant teaching professor of engineering management and systems engineering, and Dr. Casey Canfield, assistant professor of engineering management and systems engineering, recently published a paper titled, “Push them forward: Challenges in intergovernmental organizations’ influence on rural broadband infrastructure.”
Government Information Quarterly, an international journal of information and technology management, policies and practices, published the article that focuses on the issues that regional planning commissions face when supporting rural broadband infrastructure development.
