Smith receives educator award

Dr. Jeff Smith, professor of ceramic engineering, received the American Ceramic Society’s Outstanding Educator Award. The award recognizes outstanding work and creativity in teaching and mentoring, in directing student research, or in the general educational process among ceramic and glass educators.
