Migration coming for alumni-donor database

Missouri S&T’s alumni-donor database, Advance Ellucian Web, will soon be migrated to a new system. This system is only accessed by university-approved employees who require donor relations data for their work.
On Monday, Oct. 24, a new system, Ellucian CRM (Customer Relationship Management) will be launched. During the migration, there will be no access to the Advance Ellucian Web system for at least two weeks.
If you have a need for alumni and donor email lists, mailing lists, department newsletter lists, or other data, please send your requests to Patti J. Chism, director for advancement services, at chismp@mst.edu, or Kay Hayes, advancement associate for advancement services, at hayeskay@mst.edu, by Friday, Oct. 14.
