Learn about how Missourians are affected by food-related research, community involvement, programming and other services conducted by University of Missouri System faculty, students and staff. The “All Things Food: virtual poster session” will be held 10:45 a.m.-noon Thursday, Oct. 13. Attendees may interact with multiple posters in a virtual format.

Topics include:
• Food production
• Food manufacturing and the economy
• Food, health and environment
• Food security
• Nutrition, consumption and health lifestyles
• Urban agriculture
• Food and culture.

Poster applications will be accepted through Thursday, Sept. 1. Applicants will be notified by mid-September if their poster is accepted. Upon acceptance, presenters will receive access to the presenter hub to upload a digital copy of their poster, and get additional supporting documents and information to support their page. Poster presenters should plan on being present for the entire poster session.
