The S&T IT Help Desk has a new chat tool to improve customer service.
In addition to a more responsive experience, you can now share screenshots of computer and technology issues in your chat conversation.
During the fall semester, enhancements to the chat tool will include the ability to share announcements with visitors to the IT website and integrate a chat bot that will assist customers outside of business hours by pointing to information on the website or helping to create an IT support ticket.
