Scholars from Taiwan visit S&T

Hosted by Dr. Yue-Wern Huang, professor of biological sciences, two researchers from Taiwan are currently visiting Missouri S&T during their sabbaticals. Dr. Minghuan Chan, professor and chair of the Institute of Neuroscience at National Chengchi University, studies neurodegeneration and Dr. Hwei-Hsien Chen, senior investigator and director of the animal behavioral core at Taiwan’s National Health Research Institute, studies behavioral neuropharmacology. They have visited the S&T Center for Biomedical Research, chemical and biochemical engineering department and the biological sciences department.
