Open forums planned for staff compensation changes

As part of continuing efforts to retain staff, recruit new staff, and make Missouri S&T the most attractive workplace in the region, the finance and operations and human resources teams recently completed a review of salaries and wages for all S&T staff positions and will be implementing changes that will take effect for pay periods beginning Sunday, June 26, for hourly staff and Friday, July 1, for salaried staff.
The S&T human resources staff will be available to respond to questions about these changes 11 a.m.-noon on Friday, June 24, and Monday, June 27, in the Silver and Gold Room of the Havener Center.
