Mochalin published in ACS Nano

Dr. Vadym Mochalin, an associate professor of chemistry and materials science and engineering, leads an international team of scientists from the United States, Germany and Australia in discussing  ultrasmall nanodiamonds in fundamental research and applications in an article, titled “Ultrasmall Nanodiamonds: Perspectives and Questions.” The American Chemical Society journal, ACS Nano, recently published the article.

ACS Nano perspective articles are written by invitation only and intended to give an expert overview of the current progress and shape the future of a research topic. The invitation recognizes Mochalin’s international leadership in the nanodiamond research community.

Other authors include:

  • Dr. Shery Chang, associate professor of materials science and engineering at the University of New South Wales in Australia
  • Philipp Reineck, senior research fellow at the Royal Melborne Institute of Technology in Australia
  • Anke Krueger, professor of organic chemistry at the University of Wuerzburg in Germany.
